Monmouth County NJ Adrenal Fatigue Dr Needed!

I'm look for a dr in Central NJ that treats adrenal fatigue. I am debilitated by this. My cortisol and DHEA are both low but am not getting the right treatment. I can barely get out of bed and the exhaustion and pain is awful. My anxiety is through the roof! I can't handle any stress and have not been able to work.I keep to myself and just rest but it's still not enough. I need someone really good to help me.

DR.RICCI WALL TOWNSHIP RTE 35 SOUTH

THE ONLY REAL DOCTOR I EVER ENCOUNTERED. FIRST VISIT 1 1/2 HOURS. ADDRESSED MERCURY, THYRIOD AND ADRENAL FATIGUE. HAS HIGH POTENCY VITAMINS THAT WORK AFTER HE TESTS YOUR URINE LEVELS FOR EVERYTHING. ONCE DISEASE SHOWS UP IN THE BLOOD ITS CHRONIC OR EVEN TO LATE. BUT THE KIDNEYS EXCRETE POISONS AND OVERLOADS OF HARMFUL TOXINS. SO THAT'S WHERE YOU COLLECT READINGS FOR TRUE EVALUATIONS. BECAUSE THE KIDNEYS KICK OUT THE BAD STUFF SO IT DOES NOT GO INTO THE BLOOD. HE SAVED MY LIFE. HE IS HOPE AND LOVES FOR YOU TO TELL HIM ALL YOUR SYMPTOMS AND HE JUST GETS IT. CALL ATLANTIC MEDICINE GROUP OF INTERGRATIVE MEDICINE. U WILL FINALLY BE SAVED. HE'S A MD ALSO.

good adrenal dysfunction ND- Dr. Clymer
by: michele

hi,
i live in ocean county, nj. i have adrenal dysfunction. i am in recovery. after working with many doctors (both md and nd) i finally found one that completely understands AD/CFS. he's dr. neville of clymer healing in quakertown pa. before i went to him i read reviews for his practice on various ad/cfs forums. i don't trust reviews from any doctors website. in addition to seeing good reviews from people in recovery his website made sense to me. i had been working with an alternative med doc who although advertises he can fix adrenal problems made mine worse. he was trying to fix my adrenals with thyroid and hormone meds. after working with him (icam - dr. mark bartiss in manahawkin, nj) for 14 months and not having improvement i went back to the drawing board. i found that thyroid and hormones cannot be fixed until the adrenal glands are healed. this is very obvious to me especially after trying that approach and not getting better at all. i'm so glad i didn't give up. i was so very very sick. i couldn't get out of bed, my life was circling the drain and if i had to live another 6 or 7 years with this awful illness i knew i would wind up institutionalized. this sounds dramatic but i knew it in my mind, body and soul. as i said before i went to another doctor i completely investigated them. dr. neville at clymer healing really only works with ad/cfs people. i've read nothing but good things about clymer directly from ad/cfs message boards. i've only been working with him for 4 months but i've already started feeling better. i'm not 100% better and i understand that it can take a long time. getting better isn't easy. it's gets easier as time goes by and i get better. one thing that i have had a enormous improvement in is memory and i started dreaming again. there are other physical improvements but this is the most noticeable. i still have fatigue. some days are better than others. but i am definitely, without doubt, getting better. i have a job and am starting to have be social again. i feel that clymer saved my life. i will have to work with him more and be completely healed before i leave any review on his website but i don't doubt that i will eventually be fully recovered. his fees aren't too bad. i drove to his place in pa (about 2 hours from me) because i wanted him to see me. it was $250 for the 1st visit and i bought some supplements that were another $75 and prepaid for my next visit because if i did i saved $50. i did an adrenal stress index test which was $95. every visit after the 2nd was $250. seeing him in person was important because i knew i was in advanced adrenal dysfunction now i see him via skype. he works with people all over the world and is definitely a leader in treating ad/cfs. i see him about every 3 months now but i might be a little different. i started healing within 2 months of receiving treatment. really, i knew the supplements he suggested starting working for me right away. now i feel i have plateued but he says that's what i am supposed to be feeling like and it's important for me to stay where i'm at for a few months. i trust him. i always knew that once i started getting the correct meds/supplements i would know right away. now i don't know why i worked with that other doc so long. well, i do know why, i thought from his website that he was my only hope and i didn't have the energy to look for another doc. again, i'm so glad i spent the time researching this illness and the protocols practiced in curing it. best of luck to you.

I'm new and ALSO looking for an adrenal specialist in Monmouth County NJ or state-wide.
by: Wayne

I have visited some Endos for my adrenal insufficiency. From my experience, they look at your AM cortisol level via a SINGLE blood test and prescribe a high dose steroid, normally hydrocortisone, pred, or dex and maybe Florinef and they end up in re-adjusting over time. Steroids make me waste muscle, gain fat, and gives me thin scaly skin.

That's the reason why I'm searching for a non-endo specialist in HPA. Not only because I'm looking for the best gentle, natural supplements to compensate but mostly to find the ROOT CAUSE whether it's genetic, gut/food sensitivities, toxins/heavy metals, and/or hypothalamus-related and hopefully HEAL once the root cause is found.

It's really frustrating trying to find the correct help. Thanks so much!

~Wayne

Hi NEW

I am in your same boat. Totally understand how you feel. I have been looking also but can not find anyone. I am going to see an endocrinologist next week. He diagnosed someone I know with
Addison's disease so he seems to know and deal with adrenal problems. Hang in there.
