Since adrenal fatigue recovery is such a personal journey, everybody is going to find their path to wellness is a little different. However, there are still things we can learn from each other, and many times it is something that someone else says that just rings a bell with us, and it turns out to be a key revelation that changes the whole course of our recovery!
