This doc is one that contributed to the Stop the Thyroid Madness II book. I don't believe he takes insurance, but I'd say his extensive work in this area would benefit you. Good luck!

You should look into Dr. Kowalski and Dr. Burks in Tampa, FL. They were able to assist me with my hypothyroidism and boosted my adrenals. Dr. Kowalski was a neurosurgeon in the Navy and Dr. Burks is an MD that has been practicing with holistic and alternative therapies for years. I don't see them not being able to help cure you when working together.
